500 Square is the newest apartment building in Bellingham, now accepting applications for move-in June 1st, 2022. Just an 11-minute walk from Western Washington University, restaurants, retail stores, and coffee shops, 500 Square is the premier location for Western Washington University students to call home.

The brand new two and three bedroom apartment complex features some of the largest bedrooms of all apartment buildings in the area, as well as restricted FOB-controlled access, convenient under-building parking, a dedicated on-site manager, multiple EV charging stations available, and a private courtyard for studying or meeting up with friends.

A spacious 2-story lobby includes USPS mail lockers and Concierge lockers for easy and secure package pick-up. Above the lobby is a spacious mezzanine that includes a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a long work table with power outlets. The brand-new 2-bedroom floor plan features two equally-spacious bedrooms — each with their own private closet — as well as 1.5 bathrooms, a large living room, a wrap-around kitchen, an outdoor deck, a convenient full-size in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave with a built-in exhaust fan. At 940 square feet, the 2-bedroom standard units at 500 Square are noticeably larger than other apartments in the area, giving students plenty of room to work, study, and relax.

The brand-new 3-bedroom floor plan features three spacious, equally-sized bedrooms — each with their own private closet — as well as 2 full-sized bathrooms. Each unit is equipped with an expansive deck, a full wrap-around kitchen, a bright living room, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave with a built-in exhaust fan. At 1,128 square feet, these three-bedroom units are considerably larger than others in the area, providing plenty of common space for roommates to share and ample private space for residents to enjoy on their own.
